1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to play games of chance or skill for money where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.
2. Risk. Wagering crypto can lose you your entire stake. Prices are volatile and blockchain transactions are final. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
3. Fees. A 3% fee on the duel pot is paid automatically to the platform fee wallet when a duel settles. Network fees are paid by you.
4. Custody. We never hold your private keys. Stakes are held by the escrow program until the match settles or is refunded.
5. Fair play. Cheating, bots, collusion, exploiting bugs and multiple accounts are prohibited and may forfeit your stake.
6. No guarantees. The service is provided as is, without warranties. Games and features may change or be unavailable.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Solanarcades is not liable for losses from gameplay, wallet errors, network issues or smart contract risk.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept them.
